Family Membership

At present we have a range of individual subscriptions covering different age groups. 

However, we do not take into account the possibility of family subscription memberships which would also take into account the young children of those families.

The idea of a family membership is meant to be the concept of a generic family in its loossest terms. i.e. mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, grandparents, aunts and uncles and partners and co- habitors and their offsprings.

The table below tries to make an initial attempt to make a family subscription structure that take into account the number of adult members as well the number of children in the age range 12-17. I have tried to make provision for both an annual and 1 5 year membership subscription fee.

The structure tries to take into account how many adult members there are (including adult and/or Over the age of 60) and how many children there are in the family unit that are between the ages of 12 and 17.

A further incentive for families to join a family membership scheme would be if the children are under the age of 12, a further reduction of £1.00 would be deducted from the family membership subscription for each under 12 aged child. An example of this is as follows:  a proposed family membership of 2 Adults for 1 Year would generate a fee of £19.00 but if there is a child under the age of 12 registering in the family membership the fee would be reduced to £18.00.

The only provision for this family membership subscription scheme is that all the proposed members would be registered under one membership number where the details of their names, sex and age would be required for each individual member.

 I.e. The family example above could have the membership number 455, but each individual of that family would have an individual membership number of 455, 455a, and in the case of the under the age of 12 child 455b.
